Im in a few sports cards collectors groups and its now happening more then ever that buyers are using Ebay flaw return policy and are getting away with it.
A buyer will purchase an item thinking they can resell for more only by the time they get the item they change mind and make up a lousy excuse to get refund. or even worse instead of sending the original item they make a switch and send something else back to the seller and Ebay automatically gives buyer a refund with out even acknowledging that a scam is taking place.
Even with low end value items sent with no tracking is happening again buyers filing as non received upon actually receiving the item and once again Ebay refunds the buyer plus on top keeps the fees.
I don't know if any of you have experienced this but i know alot of sellers that have been scammed for large sum of money and product.
This return flaws system i believe has to change
