I'm pretty sure I read somewhere a month ago that Canada post is offering a signature option on expedited parcels to USA in 2019 . (use to be just xpress post or higher services ) .. I can't find anything on it anymore is this a thing or not ?
I don't think so. Sometimes the clerks working at the authorized postal counters will mistakenly ask if I want signature on delivery with they're inducting my Tracked Packet labels but that's human error only.
That's handy. It used to be a game of eenie meenie to figure out whether one had to use Xpresspost or Priority on high-value shipments to any given country since it wasn't standard across the board.
It's still subject to the foreign postal services co-operating, there is no guarantee on the signature service.
