Is Canada Post down?

I have been trying for a couple of hours to do a Paypal label, I keep getting an error message. I wondered if the package exceeded the Canada Post measurements  for small packet, so I tried to get onto the CP site to check, and I can't get anything to open. That is probably why I can't get the Paypal label done. Is anyone else seeing this problem with Canada Post?

Try Shippo (same price than Paypal...no fees)...if it does not work than it must be a CP website issue.

Thanks so much, hopefully it will be back soon. I prefer using Paypal, if that is having problems I will use Snap ship, but I haven't used Shippo.

It's back, Paypal is working again.
