Is there a way to let people know about a person who does not pay for an item?

Just curious to know if there is a way to let people know about the people with low feedbacks that dont pay for their items? Is there a way to leave feedback on their account to warn other people about this?

Sometimes you just get goof heads that bid on your item just to not pay after the auction is won...

You cannot leave feedback with a negative meaning for a bad buyer.

Just file the dispute and hope others do the same and if the buyer

gets enough of them ebay will remove the buyer.

If more sellers had their restrictions set properly, "warnings" would not be needed.  The buyer would be blocked from buying with 2 strikes on their account.

I have seven IDs and all of them use Fixed Price listing.

I don't see feedback until something sells. And I don't bother looking at it at any time, since all buyers have 100% positive feedback.

I do use Two Strikes, You're Blocked. Along with "No Paypal? Blocked." I could use "Fixed Price. Immediate Payment Required" but most / almost all of my buyers want to pay quickly and get their stuff quickly, so I don't bother."
