Light packet shipping without using paypal

I was wondering if someone can tell me what slip or sticker i need to ship light packet when not using paypal .. I came across a large amount of stamps at 50% off and want to start using them for light packet but have NEVER done light packet without paypal.

Yes, all these stamps have water activated gum on the back, not easy to use self-adhesive stamps!  That would have been too easy!

One does not have to go to the USA to get deals on large postage lots.  They are easily available from Canadian dealers and auctioneers.

Keep in mind that the auctioneer adds 15% "buyer premium" to the prices realized.

Still you can see lots of bargains IF you are willing to put some efforts in getting the correct combinations of stamps needed for your envelopes and parcels.

Many similar lots are available on eBay from time to time.  However, most large lots on eBay come from the USA or Europe.  Most are priced in US dollars and brokerage fee will be charged (in addition to tax) at time of Customs clearance.  Buyers must also be careful to avoid buying lots of "uncancelled" stamps (no gum).  It is against the law in Canada to reuse stamps that have already been used in the mail but not cancelled.
