March Promo: Sell for $1 ~ "on listings created BEFORE 3/10"??

So I was going to list my 5 items tomorrow, March 10th, as it's supposed to be a "2-day promotion" (so I thought...)

But now I read that "listings must be created BEFORE the 10th"? Does this mean I need to hurry up and get them listed before midnight tonight? Can anyone confirm or clarify?

And what about older drafts that were created before the promo, can I use them, or do I have to create NEW drafts?

The promo is for 2 days.  "This Promotion will begin on March 9, 2019, at 00:00:01 ET (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on March 10, 2019 at 23:59:59 ET (11:59PM plus 59 seconds)".  You should be able to list old or new listings. Just make sure the 5 you want to list are higher priced items to take full advantage of the offer.  I make up ahead of time scheduled listings for the time I want them to start.  I just made up 5 listings to start at 8PM ET today.

Yes, thank you for confirming what I hoped to be correct. I'm still really hung up on the word "BEFORE"... (it really should say "before the END of 3/10")

It has me worried that my listings won't qualify if they're created ON  March 10th.
