Markdown manager - how long does it take to show on my items?

I used markdown manager to promote a sale of some of my items in this store earlier today but don't see any price changes yet. Does anyone know how long it takes before the items show the sale?

When you set up Markdown Manager, you select a starting time and date and an ending time and date.

Typically, the default is set to start 2 hours from the time you enter Markdown Manager.
