My first return in over 4 years.. Help please..

so a buyer, opens a return case, with reason .. i just don't like it.  so i message them, and offer a 5$ refund,  and they keep the coin..  the buyer responds, yes sounds great,, so i send the return request with the 5$ refund as the option.. i have messaged the buyer telling them to go to their return request and accept the 5$ refund, but  i have not heard anything in 2 days..

So what happens next, if the return refund offer of 5$ times out.. and the buyer doesn't accept it..

I know it is a remorse return, but i really don't want to deal with it, and the potential poor feedback..

I know there is a timeline on the return request, so after that deadline passes, you can get eBay to close the case.

Just be aware if your customer is PayPal Saavy they may open a case on PayPal, but the good news is PayPal requires them to pay to return it. I would not offer $5 if they open a second return. Full refund upon merch return or nothing.
