Need help getting setup on managed payments

Hi All,

I really need to get setup for managed payments. Paypal is not an option for me at present, so at the moment I am unable to make any sales until it is setup. Is there any way to encourage Ebay to get my account setup for managed payments? I've been calling CS every 2 days and they have been saying "We'll send an email to the MP dept, you will get set up soon" but nothing ever happens. I am going to keep calling and doing the live chat, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to hurry things along it'd be appreciated.

There is no way I know of to jump the MP line, you just have to wait.

In general terms (not asking for the specifics), why is PayPal "not an option"?
