eBay: your policy of not allowing negative feedback for buyers who don't pay is wrong.

Your unwillingness to make contacft with me when I 'reported an issue' about this is wrong.  I pay a lot of money in your ridiculous fees for NO REASON when you provide NO SERVICE.

Make contact with me and take your lumps for your ridiculous policy.

You have a right to your opinion.

However, most sellers - running a business on eBay - agree with the policy.  Negative feedback for buyers is largely irrelevant in a world when most transactions are completed through Buy-it-Now.

The best (and only valid) approach is to report the non-paying buyer/bidder through the Resolution Centre and set up your Preferences to block buyers with more than two unpaid transactions.

You can set your Seller Preferences to automatically Block bidders with Unpaid Item Strikes.

You can set your Seller Preferences to automatically Block bidders without Paypal accounts.

You can set your Seller Preferences to demand Immediate Payment on Fixed Price and Buy It Now sales.

You can help other sellers by opening Unpaid Item Disputes and giving deadbeat buyers those UIStrikes.  "Enough" Strikes and those buyers will be tossed off the site.

But if you want precise advice, you will have to give more details of the problem.
