When it was first discussed on dot com Jan of 2021, there were mentions that the photo editor had some "technical" problems with removing backgrounds. At the time it was referred to as the "Unified Listing Tool". Because it was so long ago I had forgotten it was even a concept. As features are released/implemented on dot com it is usually anyone's guess as to when they will make an appearance on dot ca and how closely they will mirror eachother.
