Old address comes up when I try to print an invoice

Hi all. I moved 3 months ago. Now when I try to print a packing slip from ebay, it still shows as being shipped from my old address. I've changed every setting I can find on both Canada & US site. All my ship to & from addresses in my account settings show my new address, but when I try to print a packing list, it STILL shows as being shipped from my old address. Frustrating. Nay help would be appreciated.
