Just tried phoning customer service (he U.S. one for anchor stores), I got a message saying they are closed to adhere to current best practices. Kudos for doing the right thing. I do not know if all their other c/s locations are also closed.
But (isn't there always a but....) In spite of the recording telling me I can find the answer to almost anything in their help pages .......... I will post mine in another post.

It will be interesting to see which support groups are open, vs closed in the coming days, weeks.
I suspect a number of companies already had or will implement work from home, so that will increase their ability to continue to provide support. (I'm actually kind of surprised ebay didn't already have that in place).
I just dealt with a Dell CSR so they're still going (so far).
Many things on the go here so I'll probably have to try McAfee and Rogers at some point today or tomorrow, so I'll report back on them as I have news too....

I would love it if this somehow leads them to having Live Chat support in the future.

Howdy @snoopwiz - I just got back into the office and can confirm - phone support has been pared down to essential-only (those things we must speak to you by phone with like account security concerns, etc).
Most questions or concerns can be addressed either by email or through Social Media. There are not currently plans to limit that support. Thanks!

Since most problems come down to:
I hope that eBay is re-directing unhappy members to the Resolution Centre.
We see a lot of problems on the Boards that could have been solved by immediate use of the Centre.
