I went to bulk list some auctions tonight on Selling Manager Pro and it lit up with little blue squares. At the top one of the options was:
View all listings that is missing photo or include photos violating our policies (60)
OK, what new policy have I managed to miss?

As of July 1st, 2013, all photos have to be a minimum of 500 pixels on the longest side. When you try to relist an ended listings, the photo is checked and you cannot relist if under 500 pixels.
Use this tool to check your listings for small photos.

I checked with this tool and you have many listings that are undersized.

There must be a grace period then because I've listed thousands of things since July. I suppose I'll have to take a of new photos now................

eBay.com was lenient in the July 1st deadline but started enforcing it more in the months after. eBay.ca has been a little slower in enforcement.
There is a grace period for listings with Fixed Price GTC listing that relist automatically. As long as you do not revise the GTC listing, it will be allowed to relist. Revise means, changing the description or photos, even adding quantity or changing shipping charges.
The eBay tool I listed has an explanation of which photos are exempt. Read the information for a summary of photo changes on eBay. It also has many other details about the tool and how to use it to help fix your photos. It is for active listings.
It has a feature to enlarge photos that are just under the 500 pixel limit and this will save some time. Enlarging a small amount (say from 450 to 500 pixels) will not affect picture quality if it is a small change.
For ended listings, here is a similar tool to do the same thing.
