Post Office scanned label late - will I get late shipping defect?

Purchased a label on Free Shipping Tuesday on Snap Ship.  Manually added the tracking number on ebay. Dropped off the pkg at the post office but it didn't show as scanned until the next day. Will I get a late shipping defect even if it arrives on time? Thanks for your help!

If it is scanned as delivered by the estimated delivery date you won’t get a late shipping ding.

Did you check the Canada Post site to see if the scanned day is the same?   Lately Ebay has been showing the acceptance date as a day later.
