Promotional offers mixed up.

I am not sure what is happening with my promotional offers. I should have 500 each in my store for .com and .ca, and 80 list free auction-style or fixed price on both. My 500 on .ca has disappeared, and the 80 free on .com have not been used. I have relisted and listed on both sites. Does anyone know what is going on?

Are they using the free 80 first before the store quota?

When you look at your Selling Manager panel at right on Summary page, did you click on "See More Promotional Offers"  at the bottom of the "Promotional Offers" box?

(eBay usually offers five promotions in that box by default.  For sellers using both eBay.com and eBay.ca, it may be necessary to click on "See More Promotional Offers" to see them all.)

No. On .ca they are, I have 27 left, but I have no record of the 500 due from my store showing.

On .com they are are not using them but taking them out of the 500 on .com store allowance.

When I look at selling manager on .ca there are no listings used up out of my 150 store listings. All of the listings are going towards the 500 promo  listings. (my promo is 500, not 80)

When I look at selling manager on .com I see the same thing. I still have all of my 150 store listings to use as any listings that I've done are coming off up the free promo listings.

I'm not sure why yours is different.

To see how many listings were used on the promotion and how many against your monthly store allowance you need to check your Selling Manager on both eBay.,ca and eBay,com

Hi Pierre,

How is the new promotion for 80 good until October 15 when it is being used before our normal 20 + 20? I have to use up the 80 now to be able to use the 20 + 20. How is that useful?

This offer for 80 is insane as it is until October 15 BUT we have to use up 80 first before 500 free monthly listings by September 30!  So what is the point in offer the promo until October 15 if we have to use up 80 before 500!  Duh to eBay!!

Instead of getting 40 total for sept+Oct, you'll get access to at least 100 total (or 120 total if you do 100 in sept)

How is that not useful?

Hi,

Thank you for your comment. I meant that it is not useful as a promotion that is offered over two months when you have to use it up in one month or lose your usual free 20 + 20. If I can cram them all into September then I will have 120 for September, which is great!, but what has that got to do with October? This is the puzzle for me...
