Return label help?

How can I buy a return label for somebody else? Snap ship let’s me only modify the addresses but the name of sender is gonna still myself. Is it ok if I create a label where
Sender:
Luckylegend , address of buyer
Receiver: luckylegend, my address

?

I tried shippo but it tells me can’t find carrier and check settings. But I already input my CP number and added them they are saved.

Black out the incorrect names and insert the correct names.

Or use "Fred Jones c/o lucky legend" as appropriate.

In Shippo, go into Settings, Carriers and check off the carrier you want to use.
