Return shipping label US to Can

Can one purchase a return shipping label
US to Can on paypal or one of the new shipping sites?

I'm stumped...

buyer requests return...
we did not use a preprinted label for it going down,
only computer printed address with the p.o. providing
the rest/barcode...

this question has been here before but I'm not sure
if it has been 'solved'...

will ebay help/work with us at all on this or is it game over...

Shippo allows you to print US postage.

Never used it can't give you any tips..........

I've gone through past postings... thought I read it would not sell this if you

have a Can address...

how much time once we reply to the return request - there is a 3 day window to do that - will ebay give us to upload the label....

Shippo will let you do it. Log into your Shippo account and find it in your list of Orders. It will say Return Label so follow the prompts and make sure your buyer sends it back exactly as you sent it there.

this will work even without a shippo label used to send it...

As far as I know, yes. The framework of the system to do so is in place regardless of whether it’s used.

Regardless, you have to accept the Return. Your next step is to send a label if you can. Use Shippo. If it doesn’t work? Send money for goods like you would have done in the pre-Shippo days.

I did their webinar and was told it would work. Did you look it up to learn more? I shared links at the time; it was quite awhile ago.

I have done this and it worked.

I sent the label to my complaining customer as a pdf.

FWIW - he didn't use it, the Dispute failed, and eventually I got my money back for the label.

If you use Shippo to create the label I would assume it has an area to complete customs info, make sure it's clearly marked as a returned item.

If the buyer ends up creating the label make sure THEY are aware to clearly mark as a return shipment.
