All our reports state Above Standard and Standard Performance, yet, Dashboard says below standards performance. ????
Also, how can I improve on something I cannot control such as shipping time, charges, etc. We do same day or next day shipping, and we use Pay Pal labels and refund any savings back to the buyer... how can I improve on how fast Canada Post delivers??? Why should we be penalized for this?

The lower cost for shipping to the USA has been superceded by the cost for shipping to North and South America, which includes the USA
Mexico is listed twice with two different prices, although there is almost no difference in the named services. And the price is for Expedited Parcel USA, which is not named in the destinations.
Use Custom Shipping to choose a service and price for USA
Then choose Additional Services -> Custom Shipping to choose other countries you are willing to ship to. Unless you have found you have many customers in Latin America, don't choose North and South America, as mentioned it will override your US shipping price. In spite of the size of the population, eBay does not have a market there.
