Seller hub views for analysis does not fit?

I just upgraded my account to seller hub and was messing around in the performances. I noticed that most of my listings views there that are used for analysis does not fit with the actual views on the pages

While if i go on my listing page or on my listings list, it's written 10 views:

Which numbers are reliable!? Does stats in performances are just worthless!? Cause actually all the analysis there is based on this ''eBay page views'' and it just don't fit with the actual listings views... Most of my listings does not fit

Am i missunderstanding something or numbers are just messed?

If you scroll back to the very top of the traffic page you are looking at, you will see a date range displayed, usually for the last 30 days. This is why the numbers are different - your listing is showing the all-time views and the traffic performance is just for that date range.

If you change the start date to a date that is before you started your listing and the end date of today, the numbers should match. If they don't quite match, I'd assume that what is in the performance traffic report as the most accurate.

I'd recommend contacting eBay and requesting to speak with an account specialist by phone (if they still exist) I've spoken with a few over the years and I was always impressed. 

If you are able to speak with one, think of any other important questions ahead of time and write them down.  They may also have some tips for you.  I spoke with one four or five years ago that was a seller on eBay, that rep correctly answered all my questions and gave me some solid tips that helped my sales.

They may not exist anymore but worth asking by contacting customer support.  If they don't apparently the best help is available on twitter and facebook.
