Hi I just checked my items using both a US and a Belgium address and it shows "shipping amount not specified" until you click on the listing. I think that it used to show. What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. There is a thread discussing this issue.

I just noticed the same flaw with seller from Russia - shows " shipping amount is not specified" and I had to press on the item to see that it actually is.

Seeing the cost of shipping on a search result... could turn away potential buyers....
Looking at the actual listing is then required to see the cost of postage....
The cost of postage may not be so much of a turn off if the actual listing is being viewed.

Yes, but in my opinion, potential buyers won't even click through to see the listing - if they see "Shipping not Specified" they might just assume the seller doesn't ship to them, and have no incentive to actually take a look at the listing.
The fact of the matter is that it's a major glitch (unintentional or otherwise) by eBay, and they don't seem to be doing anything about it. They are saying shipping isn't specified when, in fact, it is. It's clearly specified when you click through to the listings. They are lying to people in their search results.
Cumos - even in your own listings - if viewed on ebay.ca with location set to 'United States', every one of your listings shows up as "Shipping not Specified" when indeed it is. When your listings are viewed on ebay.com they show no shipping price/comment in the regular search, and say "Shipping not Specified" when sorted "Price + Shipping: Lowest First". Every person from the United States (or any international countries) sees that you apparently haven't specified shipping, which may prompt them to purchase elsewhere.
