I know we have discussed the appearance of our listings when viewed on a mobile phone but I don't know if we have discussed how the Title gets cut short. Maybe I missed it.
I had an email from someone re one of my listings who asked what was the weight. It is in my title although at the end ( I try to use all my title characters) and on the iphone ebay app it is dropped off. The last 18 characters were dropped off.
Something to think about when creating your title - don't put anything important at the end.

aubreuclay, you misunderstood the OP comment on Titles and that the Title is truncated on a smartphone mobile device. It has nothing to do with shipping or shipping weights.
If you look at the OP listing
Antique Sterling Silver BIRK Comb Holder Spoon Webster Napkin Ring Scrap Lot 65g
The end of the title has the weight for the amount of silver in the spoon for sale for scrap silver. Nothing about shipping weight.
On my smartphone the title shows in search as
Antique Sterling Silver BIRK Comb Holder Spoon Webster Napkin ...
However when I click on the listing the full title shows.
The advice of the OP is that search on a smart phone shows a shorter title and to keep less important words at the end because they will not show in search results.

LOL - thanks Poco.
I should have been more concise and used your quote "search on a smart phone shows a shorter title"
