Received this from Stallion Express this morning:
Dear Client,
We’re pleased to inform you that U.S. shipping has returned to normal—for now. We are currently able to ship all packages, including those containing goods made in China, and all backlog from last week has been cleared.
If you don’t see tracking updates yet, please check again by tomorrow evening, as some weekend deliveries are still being processed by carriers. This also applies to FBA shipments.
That said, there are two areas of uncertainty:
How long Chinese-made goods will continue to be allowed under Section 321 tax and duty free.
Whether Section 321 will be revoked after the 30-day pause announced last Monday.
We are actively monitoring updates on both and will notify you as soon as we have more information. To ensure uninterrupted shipping, we are introducing backup solutions:
Mid-next week: A DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) option, where shipments can still be sent, but the recipient will be responsible for duties and taxes.
The following week: A DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option, allowing you to cover duties and taxes upfront for a smoother delivery experience.
We are also exploring additional solutions in case of further policy changes. The temporary resumption of Section 321 gives us time to prepare, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these challenges together.
Thank you for your continued trust in Stallion Express.
Best regards,
Team Stallion
