I sent out a CD from North Vancouver to Richmond BC on Nov 2/18.  I just checked with the buyer and he still hasn't received it .  Isn't that a little long.  When where they on strike in Vancouver and Richmond in Nov.  It is probably stuck underneath all the parcels.  Shoot it was an expensive CD too boot.

Well the union has been hiring people to block the Richmond facility, so there is that.

Multiple times. Plus when they reached storage capacity, they starting moving trucks full of mail off site. So yeah. Your customers CD is probably in the backlog.

I think they said by Dec 25 letter mail would be caught up.
