Unable to get into Selling Preferences - Anyone else locked out?

I've been trying to get into Selling Preferences yesterday and today with no luck. I was trying to see my list of bidders blocked for too many unpaid item strikes and also contemplating changing the newly defaulted eBay change of making buyers provide payment details before making offers.

Yesterday I kept trying to get in and it kept asking me to enter my password - after several attempts (it kept just bouncing me back) I left it be. Today when I tried I get this message "We're making some improvements to My eBay. To find 3rd party authorization & sign in preferences to to Sign in & Security". I have to assume there are just MORE changes in the works and that's why I can't access anything there - luckily I can still get into my other stuff (so far anyways!) Anyone else tried lately? Thanks!

 I can't open Account Settings/Communications with Buyers. I spent an hour and a half on chat with eBay  and it's still not opening.

They said "clear your browser." Didn't work for me.  Be warned if you clear your browser while in a chat session it will close the chat window. Be sure to finish the chat 1st. The CSR told me if it didn't work the "team" would have me fixed up within 24 hours. That was a few days ago.  I still can't open "communications with buyers."

Hi IT,

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your account settings too! Different sub-category but same place!

I know they are definitely working on something in there. I noticed the warning "We're making some improvements" that used to be the only thing on my page, is still there but at the bottom of the page so I can still see the info I was looking for (at least for today).

I hope it gets worked out for you (and all of us!) soon!

What function are you trying to get to?  I suspect the info on that page has been moved to selling preferences - blocked buyers (which is really the buyer management page)  The wording isn't very intuitive.

Thanks. I can get into Blocked Buyers but not Account Settings/ Selling/"Communication With Buyers". 

Appararently this is where you find some new settings including  the new radio button to turn your phone number on and off certain communications (not labels but other communications) . I'm not sure what's in there as I can't get in to find out. Lotz says his is working.

The top eBay support guy said it should be working, He ran me through diagnostics involving cache clearance and system restart. He couldn't get in mine either. Said if that doesn't fix it the team would. So far no luck on any of our computers after 5 days.
