What happened to my $35 shipping supplies coupon?

For this quarter we had not used the $35 coupon, was going to order some more boxes. Well the coupon is gone. But, got an email from ebay they are giving us a $25 coupon for stellar performance. That suggests to me we now have a total of $60 worth of coupons to use. What happened to the $35 coupon?

Then I went to the ebay shipping supplier and they went up in prices the boxes I ordered last time were priced at $34.00 now went up to $51.00. 

Something strange is going on.

Just a quick note that as far as I know the coupons cannot be combined.

Okay, they can't be combined on one order.

But what if the seller makes two orders, using one of the coupons on each?

BTW- I know the products appear to be overpriced, but once you apply the coupon to the charges, does the total you are paying become a reasonable amount or even a bargain?

Like having a $50 coupon and using it to by a $40 product. The coupon is not applied to the shipping of $10 but you got your product for a bottom line price of $10.
Is that  a good deal?

Does it drive you crazy that you can't use the $10 coupon credit?
