Seller-cancelled transactions
Is this the one that generates defects when the seller voluntarily refunds without a Dispute being opened?
So if the buyer and seller, without going to the Resolution Centre, aimiably decide not to proceed with the sale, and any payment is refunded, there would be no defect AS LONG AS THE SELLER DOES NOT TRY TO CLAIM BACK FVF for the cancelled transaction?
No FVF refund, no defect?
How about if the payment is repaid through PP without notifying eBay and using Send Money rather than refunding through the original transaction?

No FVF refund, no defect?
A refund without a cancellation still receives a defect as ebay will assume that it was a seller cancelled transaction.

Refunding by "send money" will result in the buyer being charged fees on the refund unless "send to family and friends" is used.
