What to do if buyer pays for auction but not shipping??

Hi, quick question, if this happened before I used to just send a paypal, invoice, but now that we're not using paypal, how do we request money?

Buyer was from China, (I don't ship there) so he gave me a Canadian address (where I live) . I changed his invoice to reflect the new shipping cost but he only paid the auction amount not the shipping.  I can't find anything on how to send an invoice for that extra payment? THANK YOU for any help you can give!

Refund the payment and re-invoice?

Politely explain that you cannot ship without payment of the shipping cost and ask if he would like to cancel.

You could use Google Translate to send him the same information in both languages.

You can cancel without penalty for either Buyer Request or Problem with Address, so keep that in mind.
