Whatever happened to our shipping supplies coupon? Weren't we supposed to get one by the end of May?

We are now a month behind, Do you think we will get double when they finally arrive to make up for the one they missed? 😀

Recently, we announced that Canadian store subscribers would begin receiving shipping supplies coupons no later than May 31, 2016.

We’re currently addressing technical issues with the Canadian coupons, and anticipate distributing them within the next 1-2 weeks. We apologize for the delay.

The coupons are issued quarterly so as long as they issue one before the next quarter, we won't be missing any.

If you have a basic store like I do, the coupons may not work for you because the cost plus shipping is so expensive.

I checked out a couple of items and they worked out less expensive for me to buy similar items from Staples or Uline.

I actually used one of the eBay branded poly envelopes from Canada Post this week.

It wasn't on an eBay sale, but it was the right size and I'm not proud.

Generally, the supplies are too expensive to bother with.

For me, the boxes* are too big and the envelopes unsuitable. The only thing I was interested in is the tape but there are reports it smells foul. http://www.ecommercebytes.com/C/blog/blog.pl?/pl/2016/5/1464377661.html Regardless, I plan to order the tape and see how much of an issue it is in reality.

*Also, I have a problem with the printed portion of the box that encourages the recipient (my buyer) to use it to sell stuff. Use it for packing, use it for gift-giving, use it as kindling. I'm paying a store subscription to get this 'free' box; it's not my job to sell ebay to my customers as a platform for their own sales. I think it's cheap and sleazy.
