Why is it when Ebay makes a front-end change, it involves having to enter more keystrokes?

The change to the listing of shipping prices seems to have taken effect  where before, you could simply enter the prices for foreign and domestic shipping costs on the front listing page.  Now, I'm confronted with (for example) the front page with a "shipping policy" and you have to EDIT it (which takes you to  the old front-end

where you can change the prices, etc.  What is the purpose of this new layer?

Business Policies make everything easier if you learn how to use them properly.

I use third-party listing tools which have has such a setup for 25+ years, I wouldn't want to work without them.

If you want to go back to the old way you can opt-out.
