It sucks that we cannot use our eBucks until the specific months.  I tried to use it yesterday only to find out I cannot use it until October!  It sucks in a big way!!

How can I see my ebucks balance? I click on ebucks and it brings me to a summery page? Also do I collect ebucks if I pay with credit card?

If you are enrolled in the program, you will collect ebay Bucks on all eligible purchases. Watch for the promos that double or triple the rate at which you collect it.

Does anyone know how to access the rates at which eBay bucks calculated per order.  Any of the links I have tried to locate this information have not worked. Is there a rate chart or can it vary per transaction?

Base rate on qualified purchases is 1% (expressed in US$ on item portion only).
