ebay's blocking Quebec!!!!

One of my customers from Quebec, wanted to buy one of my collectibles and he got this message from ebay ;

"Unfortunately, access to this particular item has been blocked due to legal restrictions in some
countries. We are blocking your viewing in an effort to prevent restricted items from being
displayed. Regrettably, in some cases, we may prevent users from accessing items that are not
within the scope of said restrictions because of limitations of existing technology. Please accept
our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you may find other items of
interest on eBay."

What's up with that?

That happens once in a while when the user is signed into the French version of .ca as ebay seems to think that the buyer is in another country. Suggest that the buyer sign out of .the French version, clear their history and cookies and then sign into the English version of  ebay.ca. Hopefully, that will help.
