ebay seems to have lost some of my unsold listings

I was doing a quick inventory check (I sell postcards so it takes a while). I currently have about 2400 listings,(everything that was in my unsold/not relisted file has been relisted in the past few days) but when I looked at my inventory I actually have over 2600 postcards that have been listed in the past few months. I pulled some randomly, looked for them in my unsold, not relisted in the past 90 days file are they aren't there.

Too make matters worse, my TL was not allowing me to do a backup, and it recently crashed again so I don't have a backup file.

Is this another ebay glitch? I don't see how I could have lost so many listings .

Is there somewhere else to look for them on ebay?

What is the best way to save unsold listings?

I don't have a store.

Help!

I'm sorry...are you saying that if they were not relisted in the last 90 days that they aren't there?  If so..that's not a glitch as ebay has only kept listings for up to 90 days if you have selling manager and up to 60 days if you just use my ebay. (I don't use turbo lister but I think that they are kept there permanently)

If you are saying that ones that were relisted in the last 90 days are not showing up in your unsold file, you should be able to see them when you view your completed listings. I can see your listings that were done on August 16th.

How do I view my completed listings?

I think some of the missing items were unsold within the last 90 days.

Do you save all your listings to a file somehow?
