help with shipping

i keep trying to change where i ship and it will not change . can anyone help me ? i want to change from only shipping to canada to will ship worldwide.

You ship worlwide based on th shipping cahrges you input, to where.

Go to your item listing,click revise top left, then go to bottom of page where the shipping info is and set it there by location. And under your account, site preferences you can exclude places you do not want to ship to. ,
