When you ship the item (purchase a label) you have to use the actual weight and dimensions. Your buyer is charged the shipping cost at the time of sale based on what you indicated in your listing. If you estimate wrong, you can't go back to your buyer and ask for more money.
You can edit your listing (prior to someone buying it) to update the estimated shipping weight and dimensions.
