They are by invitation only, I missed the first one for 1000, but did get the latest one for 500 listings fixed price or auction. There was also one for reduced fvf's that came between the two, not that we can tell the buyers when to buy, but every penny saved helps.

It should be on your ebay page if you were invited. It would show up in the same section as your monthly free listings info.

Darn I only get 500 free listings.  I miss receiving the 5000 free listings a few years.  Wish eBay would offer that to us again!

Yeah, no. I don't get promotional offers anymore. I have a long-standing Stores subscription with no history of sitting Unsolds because of GTC and auto-relist so ebay knows they already have me by the shorthairs. I don't get any of the sweet nothings whispered in my ear. Not any longer!
