it limited me. I purchased something and automatically there is an issue. And trying to fix it and all. It says my bank is confirmed but when I tried to confirm it at the resolution center. It didn't recognize the account.
I messaged 4 emails and no answer.
Not to mention I did a bull**bleep** thing and upgraded to business account which I don't want. And can't close it because I have to confirm my bank account and it doesn't recognize it.

Sign into PayPal
Click on Contact Us (bottom of the paypal page) or rummage through the Help.
Eventually it will give you a contact choice of email (may take 24 hours or more on a weekend), phone, or the paypal user forums.

Call them. Asking us won't fix it.
