Before assuming anything and jumping to the obvious conclusion, check details of his feedback record (4) and feedback he has left for sellers.

If you do not like what you see, cancel the bid and block the buyer.

Aren't you a little tightly wound?  Buyer is in Spain. Could be a Spanish acronym?
