If you sell something on eBay and the buyer scams you, claiming that they received something else (of zero value), and they open a case with PayPal, you (as the seller) will almost always lose - regardless of your or the buyer's reputation score on eBay. PayPal will simply not look at that. The only evidence they will accept from the seller in support of their case is government documents.
I know this is ridiculous, but it just happened to me (to the tune of almost $2000 loss), and it hurts.
My reputation on eBay is 100% positive, the buyer's account has been closed by eBay shortly after he transferred the dispute to PayPal, still PayPal ruled in the buyer's favour!
Be warned.

Have you taken the advice we have given you on the other two threads you've created on this subject? None of us are happy to hear of your misfortune but if you want to resolve it, you will have to keep fighting and/or advocating for yourself to the powers-that-be. Posting here in multiple places won't necessarily help get you different advice or achieve a new outcome. Or achieve a satisfactory result to the situation. Good luck.

Guessing that by "reputation" you mean feedback, you should know that feedback is almost entirely meaningless.
The only ones who read feedback are your future buyers. Other auctioneers may look at a Buyer's 'feedback left for others', but most don't see their buyers until they purchase.
Future buyers may check at least percentages before purchase, but most, especially newbies, don't realize that any FB under 99% is questionable and under 97% is an awful seller.
