I have a problem with Shippo, they want me to pay invoice for labels which I never used and refunded, but still, they want to charge me for it.
When I sold an item, it was a button on eBay "Create shipping label" I just pressed that button, it redirected me to Shippo, I created a label but realized I don't want to use the service, and press "refund" the label was refunded. But now I am getting emails every day that they can't charge my account and want money for services they never provided.
Does anybody have similar issues with Shippo? Any advice to resolve it?
I tried to resolve it with Shippo customer support, but they refuse to do it, even if the labels were refunded and never used, they still want money for them.
