Selling a pure wool sweater that size large when it has been shrunk. Cannot wear it.

This pure wool sweater has been sold as a size large. It has been washed and dried in a dryer. Seller has forced the bust measurements to be made bigger. Sleeves way to short and the length. I am beside myself of paying for a sweater that is way to small. Cannot wear it. If I refund it I will have to pay for the shipping which cost more than the sweater. Seller has another sweater like this in size medium and the measurements are much bigger. I know it was used, but I do not want a shrunken sweater that is way to small.

Was the item listed as new or used?

Was the item listed as washed and cleaned?

It's a wool item, wool shrinks, did you ask questions before purchasing?

If it was stated as used, it was a given it had been cleaned and would have shrunk.

Seller has forced the bust measurements to be made bigger. How exactly?

Open a Not As Described dispute.

You don't have to prove anything.

The seller is required to send you return shipping.

If they are in the USA they can still use pirateship or another provider to make a label, or ask eBay for help, or tell you to keep the disputed sweater.

They will be required to refund you.

EBay is a mediator not a judge.
Just open the Claim- Not as Described.

EBay will back you.
