How do I change my shipping address for an order I already payed for?

I bought this item and I didn't notice the address wasn't right while purchasing through PayPal. I saw after and attempted to change it but I have no idea how. I did contact the seller and ask if they could change it or something but I have a feeling that they won't reply.
