should i accept half order and refund if already paid

bid on lot of two items, now seller can only find one . Paid through paypal. Now seller wishes to ship one he has and refund me part of the payment should i agree to this? or ask for full refund?

Do you trust seller, check the feedback your call. If they have a good record why not mistakes happen to all.....
