don't bother with the Canadian Support line. Log into ebay.com, click on your Power Seller logo an you go to their Power Seller Portal, click the Customer Support, Contact Us.... They take calls 24-7 and they are in the States. They will be able to understand your issues.
I tried for 2 hours last night to get answers from the Canadian line and kept getting agents from what I suspect is an out-sourced call center in the Philipines. Three different agents had no clue what the difference between the two pages I was describing.... The guy in the States knew exactly what I wanted to do and walked me right through how to set up my International listing visibilities. He also understood the problem I was having with setting up seperate S&H charges for orders to the States and Worldwide. The hold music is better too! Although it was only a 2 minute wait... Good Luck...
