Greetings,
This is a new Ebay ID and I am wondering why I'm not getting the 50 auction listings for free. At the bottom of the my ebay page, where on my other IDs it says how many of these free listings I've used, and have left, it says "Take advantage of our listing offers and save. Find out how" with a link.
If I click the link, it takes me to a page with a "Start selling" button. If I click that, it takes me to a page that says "This feature is temporarily unavailable". I've been trying this since the ID was created something like a week ago.
Any ideas what I should do?
Thanks!

"If I click the link,"
Don't
Click on the SELL link on top of every page on eBay and take it from there.
As you are ready to list your first item, before you click on the Submit button at the end of the process, eBay will advise the fees are $0.00 for the listing

Thanks Pierre, however I'm not listing my first item. This is just a new ID. (I've already listed several items on this ID)
I was wondering why I'm not seeing the promotional 50 free listings at the bottom of the my ebay page.
I have since realized that it is actually working, I'm getting the promotional credit, but it's just not showing me how many I've used and have left.

If you are using My eBay, you may have to customize the view. I know that the "All Selling" page has the eBay promotions showing but you have to turn it on. I also believe that it will show on the left narrow column by default. You can then move ir to the center main column.
Look at the top lower right and you will see a line saying "The landing Page is set to ...." [Change]. Use change to customize the default page.
Check with your main ID how it is set up and make the two similar.
