A buyer from US is unable to process checkout.

I am from Canada. The buyer from Texas, US is unable to checkout as he is recieving the error that I do not ship to his area. I am willing to ship there. The item was won by a bid, and I listed " buyer pays for shipping" for the shipping option. Would really appreciate a solution. Thanks!

A buyer from US is unable to process checkout.

Send him a Paypal invoice for the item, including the shipping charge.

Include the eBay transaction number on the PP invoice.

When he pays mark the transaction Paid manually. Mark Shipped manually.

Leave feedback including date of shipping, service used, and any tracking number.

This will allow eBay to charge you the appropriate selling fees and leave a paper trail between the two (now separate) companies.

Marking 'Buyer pays shipping' is meaningless.

You have to set up either a Flat Rate or a Calculated shipping and handling for the buyer's location. Without that, he cannot see his total and cannot pay.

Also, at least one of your listings has only Canadian shipping. He must have seen your listing on eBaydotCA, since it would not show on eBaydotCOM without a US shipping fee.
