Hi .. If PP receives a payment they take their cut. If not involved than nothing is owed. Ebay has theirs at listing's end.

Meet , exchange and then mark item as payment received (actions column) leave feedback etc.

PS ..pick up should always be cash to avoid any possibility of a PP claim/chargeback. Thanks for the thanks.:-)
