A little eBay glitch to be aware of

As of today, I have been receiving emails through my mail client that, when I try to reply, would go to "ebay@ebay.ca"

However, that is not the issue.

The messages are not in the eBay message centre.

Although one can work around that, eBayers that rely only on the eBay messaging system will not even know they have received a message.

Hopefully eBay fixes this glitch before they roll out their total address block later this month or it could get real interesting.

eBay has a ticket opened about this issue.

Perhaps others could call the PS support line and report this as well - might help in getting this fixed.

My eBay Store Inventory Sold e-mails do have the complete Title in the e-mails that I receive.

Those ones are fine Susan, it's specific only to the Request Total emails.

They used to say this:

Please send me total amount for eBay item #140266870027, HUSKER DU Ice Cold Ice U.K. 7" 1987 Bob Mould HC OOP

Now they just have this:

Please send me the total amount for eBay item

They correct the first part, underlined above, but dropped the important stuff!

Ah....I see what you are talking about!

I agree...it would be wise for eBay to put that info back in the title so that we don't have to look in the text of the e-mail to see what is what!
