The seller won't mail to PO boxes and requested a different address. Fine, I have one that they've mailed to before. They won't send me an invoice to pay with the new address. Every two days I request an invoice update with the new address along with a message of the address change but I've yet received an invoice that I can pay. Now I'm getting an unpaid item strike. Will ebay help me on this?
