wow...that's scary. and you know for sure this is yours, not hers as well? i know NOTHING about comics, but judging from the price, i assume this is like one out of one out there...or something like that?
i don't know...am i naive or what...i would never bid that much money on a NEW ebayer who has NO HISTORY...!! i just would never do it!
i guess the best you could do is try and report her and see what happens...good luck..!

You can add anyone to your BBL. Just use this id to block her...if she then buys under ANY id the transaction can be canceled and she will be NARUed.

You should report her to PS support immediately. At the very least you should be able to get the auction pulled for picture theft.

That happened to me once a couple of years ago. They were using my picture in there listing.
I reported it to ebay. My point was they would be devaluing my listing.
The next day they were gone.
You can't use anyone's pic's without there permission.
Report it asap.

This is ironic! Ebay has blocked the bidders ID for security reasons so you can't contact these people to let them know the auction is a possible scam! I've seen this happen more than once and always with high priced books. This person also has an Amazing Spider-man #1 up for auction....
Seems like one bidder got smart and cancelled his bid because he couldn't contact the seller.
By the way, EBAY is littered with stolen pictures of comics.

Comics, you should watermark your pics - it makes it harder to steal them and easier to prove to ebay that it was your image first.

Keep reporting it - sometimes it takes a few reports before someone at eBay actually looks at the auction.

comics-rock, definately report it for picture theft. Just type in Picture Theft under the help section and follow the links. I'll admit, this is one thing that Ebay takes very seriously and will work to protect you.

I actually sent a message to the winner of that auction. The bidder shows up after he/she won. Hopefully, she/he will find out if it is a scam or now.

Be careful. Auction interference is grounds for NARU regardless of the circumstance.

On the other hand it protects legit sellers from having their bidders stolen by less ethical sellers.
